We loved our stay! While we were here, we went cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiled, and saw a bobcat that we thought was a house cat at first! Next time we come we want to hike, bike, fish, and go off-roading.

We stayed in The Big House for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for our big family extended family of 12! Could comfortably have handled even more guests! The decor is cozy and inviting. The two living rooms are perfect for kids and adults to both enjoy what they want without disrupting each other. The kids loved the bunk room and having some privacy. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a fun day of hiking beautiful Red River. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. And the front porch is a little piece of heaven. Do yourself a favor and spend a week here. You will come home refreshed and ready for what life might bring!!

The Valley Condos are located just on the western edge of Red River NM. Our condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice welcome basket with some necessities (laundry detergent, coffee for ex.). It had everything we needed to relax, cook in if we wanted or a short walk to town if we wanted to eat out. The grounds are well-maintained, family and pet friendly with lots of grass for dog walks, a small creek, wild flowers and mountain critters (ducks, bunnies, deer). The area is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Red River this weekend! The Southern Comfort #9 condo was perfect for 2 couples. We had plenty of room and privacy. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Ski View 6 is the perfect place to stay for your next trip to Red River!! It truly felt like a home away from home. It is updated & incredibly inviting. The location is perfect - right on main street - AND they have tall enough chairs on the patio to see over the balcony - which is key. We have stayed here multiple times. You have a unobstructed view of the face of the mountain so you definitely won\'t miss out on seeing the fireworks every Saturday night in the winter. Whether you have 2 people or 6 people, it still feels like enough space. The sectional couch is just as comfortable as the king size beds! Also, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms...our friends stayed in a different condo while we were there in July & it didn\'t have ceiling fans. Fans are key in the summer when it gets warm during the day! Don\'t miss out - book Ski View 6 for your next stay - you won\'t regret it.

My family and I stayed in this cabin for Thanksgiving, there was 15 of us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The cabin is much prettier in person, and the location is not bad either. I recommend this cabin anytime someone ask about a rental in red river. Red River Real Estate is very very accommodating, calls and messages/emails always get answered. However, Red River Real Estate then bent over backwards and found us new lodgings within 15 minutes that had more beds and even more space! Everyone was very helpful and informative. They answered any questions I had in a timely manner The home had everything we needed to stay comfortably. When we arrived it was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had a gift basket of a few things. It was warm and inviting and smelled clean and fresh. We wish there were a few more things to do around town but we played in the snow which is what we went for. The view was beautiful and we felt like the only house there with how this cabin is situated on the hill in the trees. The only thing that worried us was the basement room. There is absolutely no escape route in case of a fire. We worried about our kids staying down there at night. They need a way out through the garage which is locked for the owner. Maybe have a key in a cabinet in the stairwell that says break if an emergency to get through the garage door, otherwise its a $500 fee if broken. The stairwell to the downstairs is freezing cold too. Not well insulated. Great home though and we will recommend to others.

It's just the two of us, and our little fur babies so we don't require much, but Knotty and Nice was the PERFECT space and our new favorite for our future visits!! We absolutely loved it.

Always great! On one of years past trips up north, we were planning on pulling our RV up. We were 5 minutes on the interstate when every bell and whistle in our truck was lit up - transmission was going down. We turned around and headed home devastated. But got in my phone contacts, pulled Red River up and within 20 minutes had a reservation at one of the A frames. Unloaded food and clothes into my SUV and it was Family Trip Take 2, thank to you guys at Red River!! You made arrangements for us to pick up keys after hours since it was a 6 hour drive for us and a late start, recommended a good place to eat after arriving, and even left us coffee for a good wake up in the am. A+++ Service every time weve come up! Fresh air, rain, river sounds, deer, squirrels galore, soaring eagles, beautiful property, spacious, parents upstairs, teenaged kids downstairs, full kitchen, dining space, comfy cozy living room with over stuffed leather couch to sink into with a blanket and fire going, HUGE bay windows to watch the river and forest life, large wide balcony/veranda to sit on to enjoy the peace and quiet, feet dipped into the river while imaging 100+degree heat back home (suckers!!!),WiFi for work (NOT). Guaranteed to make you consider selling all possessions back home and staying put! 🙂

Only had to talk to the members twice. One to say my daughter would be the one to get the code to get into the house because I wasn't going to make it in time....and once to ask about how this COVID thing was affecting things. Both questions were answered and in a very professional and down to earth reply. Love the whole staff! They were awesome in dealing with my circumstances. The Dream Catcher is a must stay in Red River, NM plenty of room for up to 12 comfortably. I know the site says 15, but possibly a bit cramped if more than 3 needed to use the bathroom all at once. It is just past town but still less than 1/4 mile from starting the in-town shopping and eating. And if ya cant make that long of a walk, call the red trolley....they'll be happy to come get ya and take ya wherever ya wanna go.

We had an issue with the first cabin we stayed in that had to be resolved without us there, and we were immediately placed In not only another cabin but in an upgraded cabin. We truly appreciated being taken care of so well and had an amazing vacation! Moon River is breathe taking to say the least! The location on the river is the best we have stayed at thus far and we have vacationed in Red River for over twenty years and stayed at many cabins. You can hear the river from any room in the cabin. The hot tub was great and just what we needed after a day of hiking. The cabin itself is beautiful and the porchs are amazing! The car port is great as well if you are taking jeeps and dont want to have to cover them or put your windows back on if its raining. Its secluded and perfect for any stay! We truly hope to get to stay there again!

The Knotty and Nice cabin is in such a great location - just off the main road, yet very quiet and peaceful. We arrived early and just stopped by the office to let them know before we stopped at the grocery store, had some lunch and loooked around town. While doing so, we got a text saying we could check in early! Beautiful view from the kitchen and deck!

The ladies that worked her were amazing they kept us updated on things going on in the town. I loved the texting option that they have. I was able to communicate with the office and I didnt have to speak to anyone on the phone. There was a water leak in the town, and they office kept us updated during every step. We loved our stay, this was our first time staying in Red River and we loved it so much that our family has decided to make this a yearly thing. The property is on a hill so the kids ride slides down the hill and my parents could watch them on the porch. There was enough snow and beautiful scenery that you didnt have to go to town for anything. We really liked seeing all of the snow plows, plow the roads so when we did go to town the roads were drive able.

No issues everything was perfect Stayed during thanksgiving break location was perfect. Cozy place felt like home for sure. We lost electricity during a snow storm but no worries we had cozy fireplace to keep warm.

The property was in excellent condition and fully stocked throughout the house including the kitchen utensils and housewares. The house also contained in navian hot water tankless heater so hot water was fast and didnt run out which is a big deal in mountain properties. The access to the house was also very easy to drive up the hill which made it a little tough with heavy snow but it was an extreme inclines to the house like a driveway pretty flat and easy to get to. TVs in every room with multiple accesses to channels which made it great for everybody and plenty a room for everybody to stay comfortably. Overall excellent property and would rent it again! Everyone was courteous and very helpful. The house was the perfect size for my family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The washer/dryer was a plus with having small kids..lol Love a fireplace but the wood stove was very nice.

Contact was minimal due to the efficiency of the online reservation system; we did receive a friendly phone call to verify a modification in our reservation; and, the check-in process was pleasant. We were made to feel that if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask! Checkout procedure via the door code entry made our departure morning much less rushed! This was just the most recent of many stays in RR Real Estate properties, and the second in the Artz cabin. It's larger that we really need, but the off-season rate was good and we love all the space.

This team is excellent to work with. They not only know the properties but also understand the challenges of multiple cars as well as trailer parking. Great staff and great properties. This property definitely caps off a great vacation. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, large family area for gathering for games or conversation. Excellent property.
