Nestled in a picturesque mountain valley, the property sits at the corner of Inferno Trail and Hill Road, surrounded by towering peaks, lush forests, and seasonal greenery.
This warm and cozy 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath end-unit condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. It sleeps up to 8, has fiber optic, a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. One queen bedroom, a second bedroom has a king with 2 twin beds, plus comfy queen Air Dream sleeper sofa in the living room. Features gas fireplace with remote, washer and dryer for your convenience, extra refrigerator, front porch and back deck, and a front balcony off one bedroom. There are also two community hot tubs, a playground, and grills located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free year-round Town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.
*Valley Condo Unit 120 is a dog-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken dogs per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00 each. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after dog(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

2 wonderful trips here
by Angela D.Could not be happier with our two family trips to Red River over the summer. Location was great. Located just around the corner from downtown, it is very peaceful. Our family enjoyed fishing the creek on the property. Unit 120 is where we stayed both trips. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. We ended up bringing our own food and had everything there that we needed to cook. The hot tub in the evening was a plus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My kids enjoyed playing the provided family games there in the condo. We could not have asked for a better family trip this summer.

A great spot in Red River. Property is clean and well taken care of. Property management was very responsive to our request for lightbulbs as it was a little dark. Only issue might be parking and noise in parking area late/early…lots of big idling trucks very early…

We had a good time staying here! Property was very clean and well furnished. Nice updated kitchen was a plus. I did not sleep well on the beds but that\'s really a matter of personal preference and everyone\'s going to be different. Property management was friendly and everything around was clean and quiet. Will definitely look to stay here again!
