Originally built in 1872 by Henry Lambert—President Abraham Lincoln’s personal chef—the establishment began as a saloon and evolved into the St. James Hotel. For over 150 years, it has offered lodging and libations to travelers and guests alike.

NM Brisket Philly
Slow-cooked brisket with grilled pico and melted white cheddar on a hoagie roll, topped with guac, and served with fries.

Mexi Nachos
