Originally built in 1872 by Henry Lambert—President Abraham Lincoln’s personal chef—the establishment began as a saloon and evolved into the St. James Hotel. NM Brisket Philly
Slow-cooked brisket with grilled pico and melted white cheddar on a hoagie roll, topped with guac, and served with fries.
Mexi Nachos
Chips with pinto beans, melted cheese blend, topped with grilled pico, guac, and crema fresca.
