Claim Jumper Townhouse #16 is an appealing three bedrooms, two and a half bathroom townhouse located on the river in the core of Red River. This townhome is a three-level property with all bedrooms on the middle and main level.
As you walk into this beautiful home you are immediately met with quality home living! In the living room, you will find leather furniture to cozy into as you watch the cable and a DVD Player on the flat-screen TV. Another great addition to the living space is the wood-burning fireplace that lights up a room and warms your heart as your family sits around the fire playing board games and puzzles!
On through the living room, you will come to the dining area, half bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is loaded with cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses. A strategically placed half bathroom is also on this level.
Up the stairs, you will find a master bedroom complete with a king bed, TV, private bath, and private balcony that overlooks the trout-filled rushing Red River and to the left, you will see the fishing ponds. The other bedroom on this level is furnished with a queen-sized bed and TV. On up one more level you will arrive into a guest bedroom housing a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a full-on the bottom.
Guests of Claim Jumper Townhouse #16 may also enjoy amenities such as free Wi-Fi, out the door fishing; river access, Ski-in/ski-out Platinum Chair privileges, and a commons area that includes charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables.

Everything was super easy

Everything was super easy. Even tho the entry code was incorrect on text. One phone call and it was corrected quickly. RRR is easy to work with and we search for claim jumpers via your site over vrbo every time.

Very easy and friendly Met our needs. Only comment would be that the closet in the second bedroom was full of owners belongings, that we couldn't use to hang our clothes.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Claim Jumper 16, and will be booking again for next year (if available). Very nice unit and excellent location. My only complaints are no washer/dryer, and the lack of housewares/necessities that are provided with the unit. I feel like there are basic items that should always be provided in the bathrooms, including kleenex and hand soap. Toilet paper was provided, but a very limited supply. While the kitchen did have pots/pans, silverware, etc., there were some basic things overlooked that would be very helpful for guests. These things include paper towels, a few dishes/cups for children (not glass), some tupperware/food storage items, a few baggies and more kitchen hand towels. We will know in the future to bring these items, but would be helpful to advise future renters to bring them as well. Thank you! Team members were accommodating and easy to work with. We had a great family vacation in Red River! My adult children and I stayed in Claim Jumper 16 . My brother and his family stayed in a larger Clam Jumper unit just 3 units away. Our entire family had a great time!

The team was very helpful and very apologetic that property was not available on time. The property is beautiful! Well taken care of, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has every amenity a cook needs. This is our second stay. We will be back.
