This was our second time renting this condo for our family of 4. Great location with easy access to downtown and ski area. Hot tubs onsite we\'re great. The unit is very roomy for our family of 4, with the bunk bed in the kids room a plus. Would stay here again.
Nice, cozy spot right outside of town. Loved the little stream right out front where mama ducks and their chicks would spend lazy mornings and afternoons foraging for food. Picnic tables, benches, and a little playground next to the stream made it great for young and old alike. Our unit had two upstairs bedrooms that shared a bathroom in the hallway. One bedroom had a nook with a love-seat-sized couch and TV. The other had a nice little deck overlooking the small parking lot, stream, and cabins on the mountainside beyond. Downstairs fold-out couch is impossible to sleep on as is, but the couch was comfy so no issues there. There\'s room for four to sit around a table in the living room and another 4-6 off the kitchen. It\'s roomier than it looks when you first walk in. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with accessories. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, bottle/can openers, etc. Four trays of ice were waiting in the freezer when we arrived. We lacked nothing to cook our own meals. Coffee filters were supplied - always nice when you wake up and didn\'t think to bring any yourself that first morning. The two hot tubs are fantastic. Always kept at max temp. The last half mile to get to the place is dirt/gravel with some major potholes. No issue for a 4x4 but beware if you are coming in a small vehicle. You can definitely make it - just be aware if you are expecting pavement. Management was friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have paid less - but wouldn\'t we all?

Great location for a ski getaway. Close to the slopes with less than a 5 minute drive. A shuttle service is also available. The condo was very quiet and well appointed for a small family stay. If you love firm memory foam mattresses, this is the place for you! And the couch pull out is an air mattress which is better than the normal couch mattress. The staff was awesome and quite helpful. We very much appreciated the weather and road warning texts they sent as we were coming in. We felt cared for and welcome. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed in The Big House for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for our big family extended family of 12! Could comfortably have handled even more guests! The decor is cozy and inviting. The two living rooms are perfect for kids and adults to both enjoy what they want without disrupting each other. The kids loved the bunk room and having some privacy. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a fun day of hiking beautiful Red River. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. And the front porch is a little piece of heaven. The Valley Condos are located just on the western edge of Red River NM. Our condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice welcome basket with some necessities (laundry detergent, coffee for ex.). It had everything we needed to relax, cook in if we wanted or a short walk to town if we wanted to eat out. The grounds are well-maintained, family and pet friendly with lots of grass for dog walks, a small creek, wild flowers and mountain critters (ducks, bunnies, deer). The area is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski View 6 is the perfect place to stay for your next trip to Red River!! It truly felt like a home away from home. It is updated & incredibly inviting. The location is perfect - right on main street - AND they have tall enough chairs on the patio to see over the balcony - which is key. We have stayed here multiple times. You have a unobstructed view of the face of the mountain so you definitely won\'t miss out on seeing the fireworks every Saturday night in the winter. Whether you have 2 people or 6 people, it still feels like enough space. The sectional couch is just as comfortable as the king size beds! Also, there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms...our friends stayed in a different condo while we were there in July & it didn\'t have ceiling fans. Fans are key in the summer when it gets warm during the day! Don\'t miss out - book Ski View 6 for your next stay - you won\'t regret it.

However, Red River Real Estate then bent over backwards and found us new lodgings within 15 minutes that had more beds and even more space! Everyone was very helpful and informative. They answered any questions I had in a timely manner The home had everything we needed to stay comfortably. When we arrived it was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had a gift basket of a few things. It was warm and inviting and smelled clean and fresh. We wish there were a few more things to do around town but we played in the snow which is what we went for. The view was beautiful and we felt like the only house there with how this cabin is situated on the hill in the trees. The only thing that worried us was the basement room. There is absolutely no escape route in case of a fire. We worried about our kids staying down there at night. They need a way out through the garage which is locked for the owner. Maybe have a key in a cabinet in the stairwell that says break if an emergency to get through the garage door, otherwise its a $500 fee if broken. The stairwell to the downstairs is freezing cold too. Not well insulated. Great home though and we will recommend to others.

Always great! On one of years past trips up north, we were planning on pulling our RV up. We were 5 minutes on the interstate when every bell and whistle in our truck was lit up - transmission was going down. We turned around and headed home devastated. But got in my phone contacts, pulled Red River up and within 20 minutes had a reservation at one of the A frames. Unloaded food and clothes into my SUV and it was Family Trip Take 2, thank to you guys at Red River!! You made arrangements for us to pick up keys after hours since it was a 6 hour drive for us and a late start, recommended a good place to eat after arriving, and even left us coffee for a good wake up in the am. A+++ Service every time weve come up! Fresh air, rain, river sounds, deer, squirrels galore, soaring eagles, beautiful property, spacious, parents upstairs, teenaged kids downstairs, full kitchen, dining space, comfy cozy living room with over stuffed leather couch to sink into with a blanket and fire going, HUGE bay windows to watch the river and forest life, large wide balcony/veranda to sit on to enjoy the peace and quiet, feet dipped into the river while imaging 100+degree heat back home (suckers!!!),WiFi for work (NOT). Only had to talk to the members twice. One to say my daughter would be the one to get the code to get into the house because I wasn't going to make it in time....and once to ask about how this COVID thing was affecting things. Both questions were answered and in a very professional and down to earth reply. Love the whole staff! They were awesome in dealing with my circumstances. The Dream Catcher is a must stay in Red River, NM plenty of room for up to 12 comfortably. I know the site says 15, but possibly a bit cramped if more than 3 needed to use the bathroom all at once. It is just past town but still less than 1/4 mile from starting the in-town shopping and eating. And if ya cant make that long of a walk, call the red trolley....they'll be happy to come get ya and take ya wherever ya wanna go.

Everyone was very friendly and more than happy to make our vacation the best it could be. We had an issue with the first cabin we stayed in that had to be resolved without us there, and we were immediately placed In not only another cabin but in an upgraded cabin. We truly appreciated being taken care of so well and had an amazing vacation! Moon River is breathe taking to say the least! The location on the river is the best we have stayed at thus far and we have vacationed in Red River for over twenty years and stayed at many cabins. You can hear the river from any room in the cabin. The hot tub was great and just what we needed after a day of hiking. The cabin itself is beautiful and the porchs are amazing! The car port is great as well if you are taking jeeps and dont want to have to cover them or put your windows back on if its raining. Its secluded and perfect for any stay! We truly hope to get to stay there again!

From beginning to end, everything about this vacation experience was perfect. The reservations team is always quick to respond, very gracious and extremely helpful. The Knotty and Nice cabin is in such a great location - just off the main road, yet very quiet and peaceful. It is beautifully maintained and very comfortable, with all of the amenities needed during our stay. We rent this cabin every time we visit Red River because it is such a lovely "home away from home". We can't wait to come back!
