I did not sleep well on the beds but that\'s really a matter of personal preference and everyone\'s going to be different. Property management was friendly and everything around was clean and quiet. Great location in a wonderful town. The property was very clean and the host was great. The hot tub is shared and didn’t seem like much fun, so we skipped it. We were concerned about it being pet friendly but didn’t find any evidence of pets. The description didn’t mention that the unit is two stories with both bedrooms upstairs and that each room has one queen bed. The only big issue is that you can hear every step your neighbor makes, not their voices just their steps. Overall a great value.

THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT, NO MAJOR ISSUES. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, WE USED THE TRANSIT BUS TO RIDE INTO TOWN EACH DAY AND SKI, AND ENJOYED THE HOT TUBS IN THE EVENINGS. WE HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THE FIREPLACE, IT SEEMED LIKE THE SMOKE HAD A HARD TIME RISING UP THROUGH THE CHIMENY, THE OPENING WAS FULL OF SUT, AND SO ONE EVENING THE CONDO WAS VERY SMOKEY. Overall good place to stay, but the roads to get to Red River were horrible and I was driving a large truck, walls thin when someone is next to you in the same complex, and some minor things could be updated. However, it was a nice end condo next to a park, nice little stream went through the property and very close to town yet away from all the noise of the town. Shuttle service was great, office manager was outstanding, and the hot tubs are nice to relax.

You\'ve done a great job with this condo! This trip our kids hand fed a deer! We went on the Pioneer Flyer. When we come back we want to fish, relax, laugh, and spend time with our friends and family who\'ll visit at the same time.
We stopped by for a couple days on our way back from Colorado to Texas. We’ve stayed at this property before and enjoyed it, so we opted to stay again. The hot tub is nice after a long day. We rode our side by side through town and enjoyed seeing the wildlife and beautiful views.

We have stayed at Antler's Riverside Lodge several times. It accommodates our annual multi-family get away perfectly. Our group includes six adults and six (very active!!) grandkiddos. The downstairs flooring has been updated to a durable and pretty, wood-look vinyl plank that fits perfectly with the rustic decor. We always give our adult children their own bedrooms and we (Shug and Grandpa) sleep on the queen bed in the bunk-room with all the kids! It gets a little bit crazy, but that\'s how memories are made!!! A few notes that need to be addressed: Although we have used it previous years and were counting on it, the crib shown in the on-line pics is no longer available. Thankfully our kids brought a pack&play for one of the babies. Just note, if you need sleeping arrangements for your tiny people, bring your own. Also, and THIS IS HUGE: even though the lodge sleeps 14, there are only 8 dinner forks in the kitchen. Again, thankfully, we had brought plasticware. BUT THIS MUST BE REMEDIED. I\'m not sure where all the forks have gone, but PLEASE add additional silverware to accommodate all your guests. The kitchen is well stocked otherwise with basic cooking utensils, plates, platters, etc. One other note: the power line and cable line going from the outside pole to the house is droopy with a big slack in it. It is not dangerous YET, but we had to do some serious navigating to avoid it when backing our 4X4 trailer into the driveway. Any tall trailer would get tangled up in the lines, which could be serious. This was noted to the rental company and I\'m sure they will address this issue for everyone\'s safety. Antler\'s Riverside Lodge still gets 5 stars in our book! It\'s a gorgeous property with fabulous views, lovely back deck and river access that is superb! There are plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements (if you\'re willing to share the bunk-room!). There are 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs. We\'ll be back next year!

This was our second time renting this condo for our family of 4. Great location with easy access to downtown and ski area. Hot tubs onsite we\'re great. The unit is very roomy for our family of 4, with the bunk bed in the kids room a plus. Would stay here again.
Nice, cozy spot right outside of town. Loved the little stream right out front where mama ducks and their chicks would spend lazy mornings and afternoons foraging for food. Picnic tables, benches, and a little playground next to the stream made it great for young and old alike. Our unit had two upstairs bedrooms that shared a bathroom in the hallway. One bedroom had a nook with a love-seat-sized couch and TV. The other had a nice little deck overlooking the small parking lot, stream, and cabins on the mountainside beyond. Downstairs fold-out couch is impossible to sleep on as is, but the couch was comfy so no issues there. There\'s room for four to sit around a table in the living room and another 4-6 off the kitchen. It\'s roomier than it looks when you first walk in. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with accessories. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups, bottle/can openers, etc. Four trays of ice were waiting in the freezer when we arrived. We lacked nothing to cook our own meals. Coffee filters were supplied - always nice when you wake up and didn\'t think to bring any yourself that first morning. The two hot tubs are fantastic. Always kept at max temp. The last half mile to get to the place is dirt/gravel with some major potholes. No issue for a 4x4 but beware if you are coming in a small vehicle. You can definitely make it - just be aware if you are expecting pavement. Management was friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have paid less - but wouldn\'t we all?

Great location for a ski getaway. Close to the slopes with less than a 5 minute drive. A shuttle service is also available. The condo was very quiet and well appointed for a small family stay. If you love firm memory foam mattresses, this is the place for you! And the couch pull out is an air mattress which is better than the normal couch mattress. The staff was awesome and quite helpful. We very much appreciated the weather and road warning texts they sent as we were coming in. We felt cared for and welcome. Thank you for a great stay.
