The property was exactly what we were looking for! It had all we needed for our stay and we enjoyed every minute of Red River and all it had to offer. The only thing I missed and would offer is possibly some blankets for the downstairs living room. It was chilly in the mornings and would have been nice to have a throw blanket to wrap up in watching tv. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back again!

Nice property. Only challenge was the 1/4 mile gravel road leading into the property when a snow storm rolled in. Thankfully we brought chains but we would have been stuck without them.

Check in was super easy and management was available for questions during the stay. Condo 110 has a full size kitchen and is a larger condo than some other condos in the area. There is lots of closet space, a washer/dryer in a closet in the kitchen, a full size refrigerator, great towels and was very clean. I sent a message before the trip asking about cooking equipment and that message was quickly answered. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was well decorated and had ample household items for a lengthy stay. There was ample parking for my truck, trailer and Can Am Defender. We were very pleased with the easy access to Red River. It was a very enjoyable stay.

A great spot in Red River. Property is clean and well taken care of. Property management was very responsive to our request for lightbulbs as it was a little dark. Only issue might be parking and noise in parking area late/early…lots of big idling trucks very early…

We had a good time staying here! Property was very clean and well furnished. Nice updated kitchen was a plus. I did not sleep well on the beds but that\'s really a matter of personal preference and everyone\'s going to be different. Property management was friendly and everything around was clean and quiet. Great location in a wonderful town. The property was very clean and the host was great. The hot tub is shared and didn’t seem like much fun, so we skipped it. We were concerned about it being pet friendly but didn’t find any evidence of pets. The description didn’t mention that the unit is two stories with both bedrooms upstairs and that each room has one queen bed. The only big issue is that you can hear every step your neighbor makes, not their voices just their steps. Overall a great value.

Roomy condo with lots of space for everyone and comfortable beds. We loved having 3 bathrooms! We also enjoyed the 10 minute walk to main street or the lifts. The person in the office was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The firewood provided was an unexpected treat!
