They are easy to get a hold of and incredibly helpful and provide information needed. We really enjoyed our time at Claim Jumper 14. It is probably our favorite rental in Red River. It has plenty of room for relaxing downstairs - and plenty of comfortable sleeping areas. The dcor is tastefully done and not overwhelming. It feels like a home instead of a rental. Super convenient location. Every area of the property is well taken care of. The bathrooms are nice, and the water pressure in the showers is perfect. We're looking forward to returning again and again.

Emails and texts kept us informed and accurate information was provided in a timely manner, great experience. Being so close to the lift was awesome, literally all we had to do was walk across the street and we were at the lift. Walking with ski boots and carrying skis and snow boards can be a pain, being so close was great. My wife and I were able to sit on the balcony and watch our two sons as they came down the "Face".

Staff was very responsive to our requests. The internet service did not work at the property and they promptly responded to the property to troubleshoot the issue. After realizing it was a provider problem they gave us one of their Verizon hotspots to use and it worked well. We have stayed at 4th Quarter several times. Last year, we were not able to because it was booked. We hope to stay there each time we come to Red River.

I have stayed in Red River over 20 times and always found the members of rentals to be very friendly and helpful always willing to answer any questions, answering with full knowledge of the rental property and community. Red River is one of my favorite places to vacation. The whole community is so very friendly and glad to have visitors. Enjoyed this property so much! The ladies in your office were helpful and efficient with our reservation. We really enjoyed Bear Mountain Cabin. It is very well appointed and comfortable for our group of 7. LOVED being right on the river so that we could stay out till late hours under the stars, next to the fire and enjoy lovely sound of the rushing river. This property was great. It accommodated 5 kids and 4 adults nicely. The second-floor loft area was a perfect spot for the kids to hang out in their own "special" area, which was awesome so that the adults could hang out without there being a ton of noise around. this is the best team out there. they are willing to help you out no matter what. the only thing I would like to see is that we can use the garage. especially when we are on the motorcycles and it is raining it is nice to get the bikes out of the rain.

The Red River Real Estate Guest Service Team was more than helpful on more than one occasion. We drove in from Dallas and had concerns about the roads and incoming weather. Our questions started while we were on the road, before we even checked in, and the team treated us as if we were a friend of theirs, not just as another customer. The team was accommodating to our requests, very professional, patient and kind. We will definitely rent from RRRE again. The kids made us promise to bring them back next year. I really don't know where to start. The cabin is spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The large yard was perfect for the boys and their daily snowball wars. The location is great. We were able to walk to the square for meals, cocktails and shopping. The family of deer who greeted us every day was like a dream come true for the kids. The views were so beautiful we had the curtains open the entire stay. The bus that picked us up from town in the middle of a snow storm was much appreciated. Heated bathroom floor, what a treat!

There were 4 bedrooms and we had four couples with some children. We've stayed in a much larger nicer facility, and this one was by far our favorite. Cozy and rustic. We loved it!

Thorne house is awesome for our two families to stay together. It is close the Ski Lifts, and we can walk next door to Sitzmark to rent our equipment. It could not be more convenient!

I found Red River Real Estate on the internet, gave them a call and was immediately emailed four houses to rent that fit our needs. My family got to look over each property and vote on the one we wanted. One phone call later, the house was reserved. Such an easy process. We stayed in Birds and Bears Retreat and loved it. There were 13 of us, 8 adults, 2 teens and 3 children. The house is perfect for large groups with age differences. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. It has pots and pans that can accommodate cooking for a large group as well as enough dishes to serve everyone without having to use paper products.

Your staff was very friendly and courteous the only issue I had was I called specifically to see if the massey had a fire pit and was told it did not, on arrival we noticed the beautiful fire pit. The property was found as expected your website and pictures did an excellent job in representing the property. I could not be more pleased I will return in the future with my family to stay at the Massey if I get a chance.

Wendy worked so hard at getting the cable to work properly. She was patient, tenacious, and so helpful! She rocks! We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! The property was close to Main Street so easy walking distance to anything we wanted. The cabin was so clean, updated, and beautiful! It seriously had the most comfortable futon and pull-out couch I have ever seen! The claw foot tub was awesome and easily fit all 3 kiddos!! We loved the fenced yard that allowed our kids to explore and enjoy nature. Overall it was a great cabin and experience. Highly recommend to all!
