I was able to communicate with the office and I didnt have to speak to anyone on the phone. There was a water leak in the town, and they office kept us updated during every step. We loved our stay, this was our first time staying in Red River and we loved it so much that our family has decided to make this a yearly thing. The property is on a hill so the kids ride slides down the hill and my parents could watch them on the porch. There was enough snow and beautiful scenery that you didnt have to go to town for anything. We really liked seeing all of the snow plows, plow the roads so when we did go to town the roads were drive able.

Contact was minimal due to the efficiency of the online reservation system; we did receive a friendly phone call to verify a modification in our reservation; and, the check-in process was pleasant. We were made to feel that if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask! Checkout procedure via the door code entry made our departure morning much less rushed! This was just the most recent of many stays in RR Real Estate properties, and the second in the Artz cabin. It's larger that we really need, but the off-season rate was good and we love all the space.

We were on a spur of the moment road trip and had driven from Taos hoping to check out a couple properties I had found on Airbnb. The real estate office was open and accommodated us by rushing a clean-up and letting us check in late Sunday afternoon. We really appreciated their efforts. The property sits literally ON THE RIVER! I will note that one other property that met my criteria was listed as BY the River and ended up being across Main Street! Thankfully, the real estate office was open on Sunday afternoon and we were moved in in less than 2 hours to the perfect location. 5 minute walk to downtown, wildlife galore, good fishing and the weather was perfect for our stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed.

Everyone was super nice! We even had to call them after we left because a ring was left in the house. They went right over & found the ring & are shipping it to us. Thank goodness there is still honest people! Thanks!! Plenty of room for our group at Arnolds River Retreat. We liked that it was just west of town & we could ride our ranger to the trails.

Also even though the staff was very busy when we stopped by, Julie was patient in helping us look up property for summer 2019 to stay at. Loved our stay at Karlins Ranch. It was a road we would have traveled and do appreciate the extra time you took to provide the updates and keep us posted to the travel conditions. Our stay was lovely and very relaxing. We come to Red River to get away from the rush of the city and the heat in Texas and enjoy the majestic beauty found in the mountains. The local people of Red River always make us feel welcome and that is much appreciated on our part. I have personally been coming to Red River since I was a teenager, years ago and never tire of the beauty of the area or the town itself. It is a great place for families to get together. We enjoyed working with you and look forward to returning in the future.

I loved getting text messages asking how our stay was going and also updating us on road conditions. Seemed more personable. It was perfect. Our second year at this cabin which accommodates kids, grands and great grands. We try to take care of the cabin as if it were ours.

Very efficient overall in how the rental is handled, and very easy to communicate with the rental team. We and all of our guests (5 adults, 4 children) were very impressed with the beauty and accommodations of the property. We're very grateful to the owners for renting it out. The location was also perfect for us, we like a little space and privacy and a view.

From booking to checking out, they are the most friendly and helpful team you could ask for. The best! This cabin was perfect for me and my 3 boys (almost 17, 16 & 10) as well as my parents (70). The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. Between the quality of the rentals and the level of customer service, our family will always use your team in the future. We have had excellent experiences both times. Also it is evident that yall are looking for ways to improve service, access, and the rental experience. We loved Bear Mountain Cabin. The property had everything we needed and then some. Our little ones loved it. The layout was conducive to a family time and the recent remodel made it a much more comfortable stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Claim Jumper 16, and will be booking again for next year (if available). Very nice unit and excellent location. My only complaints are no washer/dryer, and the lack of housewares/necessities that are provided with the unit. I feel like there are basic items that should always be provided in the bathrooms, including kleenex and hand soap. Toilet paper was provided, but a very limited supply. While the kitchen did have pots/pans, silverware, etc., there were some basic things overlooked that would be very helpful for guests. These things include paper towels, a few dishes/cups for children (not glass), some tupperware/food storage items, a few baggies and more kitchen hand towels. We will know in the future to bring these items, but would be helpful to advise future renters to bring them as well. Thank you! Emails and texts kept us informed and accurate information was provided in a timely manner, great experience. Being so close to the lift was awesome, literally all we had to do was walk across the street and we were at the lift. Walking with ski boots and carrying skis and snow boards can be a pain, being so close was great. My wife and I were able to sit on the balcony and watch our two sons as they came down the "Face".

Team was extremely helpful.. got more fire wood, and a little later check out time. Really appreciated that fact. Of course we understand that was only posdible because next vacationer did not arrive until next day. Our family loved our stay at Dream Catcher. It was perfect for us! 2 oldest grandsons learned to ski and there are 4 more who will want to have that experience as they get older. We celebrated our 44 wedding anniversary with our whole family!! Staff was very responsive to our requests. The internet service did not work at the property and they promptly responded to the property to troubleshoot the issue. After realizing it was a provider problem they gave us one of their Verizon hotspots to use and it worked well.
