Wendy worked so hard at getting the cable to work properly. She was patient, tenacious, and so helpful! She rocks! We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! The property was close to Main Street so easy walking distance to anything we wanted. The cabin was so clean, updated, and beautiful! It seriously had the most comfortable futon and pull-out couch I have ever seen! The claw foot tub was awesome and easily fit all 3 kiddos!! During our stay, we appreciated the kind and prompt response regarding a repair of a 'roll-out window'. I am happy to recommend your business to anyone in the future!! A word of appreciation to the owners of this property - we were exceptionally pleased with our stay here! We hope to possibly use this again - it worked so well for our group of 2 couples and 2 single women for 4 nights. As mentioned earlier, a small shower in the 'twin bed' room would have really helped, especially if more people were staying here... and is the ONLY recommendation we would offer. Stairs can be challenging when lots of groceries are being carried upstairs (also, multiple trips per day up and down stairs are hard for our older folks). All in all, we fell in love with this CUTE place - it was a wonderful 'home-like' experience for us all!! (We typically stay in hotels ALL the time as we travel a LOT in our work!)

When we had an issue with the internet and phone service, someone was at our door within 30 minutes of the call to the office. 4th Quarter is a very comfortable house in a great location. Our family had a fantastic time in Red River. The ski school was excellent for our 4 year old (it was only her second time skiing and she was taking the lift and did a blue by the end of the trip) and the on mountain daycare did a great job taking care of our 1 year old so we could ski all day. Red River is a much more laid back and less expensive Mountain than the places we usually go in Colorado, but the skiing was just as good.

Red River Real Estate staff were friendly and very responsive to all questions. A++ for service!! Claim Jumper #2 was all we could ask for. Renovations were made over 2 years ago but you could believe they were completed 2 weeks ago. And, not just one or two rooms were renovated, the entire condo was renovated (flooring, walls, bathrooms, trim). The wood workings (trim, flooring, etc.) throughout the condo were really amazing and top-notch craftsmanship. The flooring (wood, tile, and carpet)was all professionally installed and clean. Cookware was actual nice cookware as well...no scratched teflon skillets! Read as many reviews prior to booking as I could and as it turned out they were all true. Everything written about the condo is true and it really is an incredibly nice, well-kept condo.

The RRR team was by far the friendliest and most helpful agency we worked with. They seemed sincere in wanting us to have a great experience. They enthusiastically answered any questions and truly made us feel comfortable and that we were important-not an obligation. Our stay was delightful! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 little boys ranging in age from 4 1/2 to 6 months. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit and most especially the front porch and the spectacular view. The only drawback was the loft style rooms without complete walls. The sound from one room carried over to other rooms. We will stay at Bear Run again!

Just very nice and informative This is one of the locations I will always remember. We loved everything about it. The bathrooms were completely remodeled. The ambiance was great. It was very clean and updated. You simply cannot beat the location. We loved this cabin and considered it "ours" while we were there. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. Thank you for allowing this location to be rented. We WILL be back.

The on call response team deserves a shout out! They responded quickly and we're pleasant. Thanks guys The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the bunk beds, the space between the top bunk so small and I hit my head on the bed when rolling over.

My family and I have been coming to Red River & Angel Fire starting in 1980. For the past 15 years we have only stayed in Red River and stayed in your properties 95% of time. We have always been given excellent treatment and 100% attention if a need came up. Thank you for doing such a fine job. Dream Catcher is perfect for our stay, it has a lot of room, great view, good parking, fishing is superb and it is pet friendly. We'll be back next year.

I ended up extending our stay and the staff was so friendly and made the extension so easy. It was very much appreciated. I have recommended this company to my family. I have booked through them in my two visits to Red River and will book again if I am out that way. So close and convenient to town. Very cozy. Yet with the view and the porch didn't feel like we were in town.

This is the best place we have ever stayed in Red River. Absolutely Devine in all manners. We loved the beautiful, peaceful cabin. The view was so beautiful. The cabin had everything you would need. And was absolutely gorgeous.

The staff was very friendly. The cabin is in a great location. It is one of few that I found that had a bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen downstairs which was needed for handicapped people. There are some steps up to the cabin but was manageable.

Overall good experience. they made special efforts to answer questions and take action, including searching under the couch for my wife's cell phone after we checked out. It fulfilled our expectations for our granddaughters first ski trip. The property, your package information and the timeliness of information prior to check-in, upon check-in and checkout(Lindsey did well), plus the approach of the entire Red River Community made the experience a very good one.

Everyone was great! We enjoyed our little A-frame. It was perfect for our small family. The location was great, and the only complaint is about the pantry above. Oh, and one of the keys did not work!

Everyone was very pleasant!! The lady that called the day before and the lady who checked us in made me feel very comfortable. They were both knowledgable and very sweet!! I wish the kitchen had more larger pots. For a large family cooking it made is very difficult. The silverwae was very poor. The TV was fuzzy but, that maybe due to "the moutians" The cabin was clean, very pretty and in a perfect location. My family had a wonderful time and an excellent experience. I would stay here again!!
