This charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the West end of town with the Red River flowing approximately 100 steps behind. This unit has fiber optic, full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Kitchen has recently been remodeled with new cabinet tops and kitchen range with a convection oven. Unit sleeps up to 7 with one king bedroom, one queen bedroom ...each with ensuite bath...a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a wonderful Air Dream mattress, and a twin bed in an alcove connected to the king size bedroom. Additional amenities include a convenient flip-of-the-switch gas fireplace, washer and dryer, full pantry, front porch, front upstairs balcony off the queen bedroom, and a back deck containing table, chairs, and a wood burning chiminea with wood provided. There are also two community hot tubs, a playground, and grills located on the grounds. Condos are near to the ski area and fishing, and you are encouraged to take advantage of the Town's free year-round trolley service to transport you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet West end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.

Nice and Clean
