*Valley Condo Unit 110 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (cats/dogs) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.
