Sit back and relax on the couch as you watch the large flat-screen TV with a DVD player giving guests the option of watching Roku TV or movies brought from home! Rocky Mountain Roost 2 provides free WiFi for guests to use whenever they like! This home features an open floor plan with plenty of natural light from the large mountain-facing windows, and skylights. A gas log stove keeps the living area cozy while you relax on either of the two new couches or the reclining arm-chair with family and friends to watch the evening light fade over the peak. Don’t miss a beat while preparing meals in the wide-open, fully stocked kitchen situated adjacent to the family area. The dining table seats the whole family for meals, and additional seating at the kitchen bar is perfect for keeping the family cooks company!
Walk down the hallway from the main living space to find the washer/dryer free for guests to use! On the other side of the hall, you’ll find a full bath before continuing on down to the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the left features a king-sized bed, a large closet, and plenty of space besides! A full private bathroom and private access to the backyard patio make this room truly delightful! The guest bedroom sleeps is equipped with a queen bed, a twin bed, and enough closet space to go around! Enjoy a woodland view from the windows as the early morning sun gently wakes everyone for the day!
Our Rocky Mountain Roosts are perfectly located for horse enthusiasts, and groups looking to stay close to another party of family or friends! Rent #2 and #3- located right next door- together and enjoy access to the stables, restaurants & shops without having to deal with the congestion of Main Street! The ample front deck space is ideal for enjoying the mountain air and a meal hot off the gas BBQ grill (gas cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate). Come enjoy the in-town perks with an out-of-town feel!
