House Rules
Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.
A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.
Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.
Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.
House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.
Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.
M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3
In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.
Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.
Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
