Claim Jumper A-Frame #2 is a cozy two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom cabin. Located on the river where there is enough outdoor space behind the cabin for children to play or fish! This home is a two-story cabin and sits as one of our Ski-In/Ski-Out cabins at the base of the Platinum Chair. Short distances to in-town shops, restaurants, and Red River Ski & Summer Area and is around the corner from the zip line and fishing ponds!

When you walk into the ground flush entryway you will find the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area.  A-Frame #2’s living room is nicely furnished with two new and comfortable sofas, one of which folds down into a queen bed that surrounds the wood-burning fireplace which literally lights up the room when in use! The large flat-screen TV allows you to comfortably sit and watch cable or use the DVD player to watch movies brought from home. Next to the living room, you will find the kitchen is fully equipped with all basic essentials for cooking, baking, and food preparations, a full bathroom, and one set of twin bunk beds by the back door leading out to the river.  

Up the spiral staircase, you will come face to face with a choice to go right, left, or straight into the half bathroom. To the right of the stairway and front of the cabin, you’ll find the master bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, TV, and private window for great views of the Red River Ski & Summer Area where you can sit and watch video record or take photos of all the fascinating skiers and any humor-filled stunts! In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed and your very own window that overlooks the “Red River”. Outside you will find the option to use the community charcoal grill for the ultimate mountain town experience or the Gas BBQ Grill located out the back door.

Other amenities that Claim Jumper A-Frame #2 guests may enjoy are Free Wifi and a front porch facing the Platinum Chair Lift with outdoor seating and outdoor seating overlooking the river on the back porch.

Everyone was great!

Everyone was great! We enjoyed our little A-frame. It was perfect for our small family. The location was great, and the only complaint is about the pantry above. Oh, and one of the keys did not work!

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.

A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.

House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.

M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3

In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.

Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
