The front door opens on the 2nd floor into a beautiful sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy those snowy days curled up in front of the fireplace right next to the bar to make your favorite drinks. To the right of the entrance is a set of stairs that lead up to the 3rd bedroom, complete with its own sitting room overlooking the living room along with a bathroom with a full-sized tub. The sitting room is perfect for a relaxing private evening for two. Back downstairs also to the right of the front door is one of the two master bedrooms, featuring its own entrance. It has an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in closet and his and hers sink.
The sitting area has 3 separate seating areas for you to use and a breakfast bar, providing plenty of seating and space for family time. The kitchen is spacious with gorgeous countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Between the oven and the refrigerator, there is a short hallway leading to a half bathroom and a laundry room.
