This bright and inviting 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath end-unit condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. Features fiber optic, full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Sleeps up to 6 with one king and one queen bedroom, plus comfy queen Air Dream sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, and front and back porches and balconies. There are also two community hot tubs, a playground, and grills located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free year-round Town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.

Perfect

Perfect area to stay for Red River activities! Just a bit too far for our younger family to walk into town, but for older kids or young adults, it would definitely be possible. This was perfect for our ski vacation! Tons of places to hang out ski clothes, and the double hot tubs meant there was plenty of space to help relax the day away. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious and our family of 5 had all the room we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would come back anytime!

Everything we needed

We stayed here to ski Red River. It is an easy 5 minute drive to the lifts. I do wish each unit would have had its own outdoor grill for cooking rather than a community grill area. Check in was easy and the host was friendly. The condo had everything we needed for a family of 5 for a long weekend ski trip. Nothing fancy but it was plenty comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for having us.

We met with friends and shared unit 126. The location was perfect to enjoy peace, quiet and Red River. We loved getting thunderstorms most afternoons! Unit was wonderfully furnished and equipped. Highly recommend!
