This 2-bedroom, 2.75-bath condo, located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town, has enough room for the whole family! Sleeps 8, has fiber optic, and a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. One queen bedroom, a second queen bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also features a wood-burning fireplace, Washer/Dryer, a front porch and back deck, and a front balcony off of a bedroom. There are also two community hot tubs, a playground, and grills located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free year-round Town of Red River trolley service is available to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.

THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT, NO MAJOR ISSUES. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, WE USED THE TRANSIT BUS TO RIDE INTO TOWN EACH DAY AND SKI, AND ENJOYED THE HOT TUBS IN THE EVENINGS. WE HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THE FIREPLACE, IT SEEMED LIKE THE SMOKE HAD A HARD TIME RISING UP THROUGH THE CHIMENY, THE OPENING WAS FULL OF SUT, AND SO ONE EVENING THE CONDO WAS VERY SMOKEY. OVERALL WOULD RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy.

Roomy condo with lots of space for everyone and comfortable beds. We loved having 3 bathrooms! We also enjoyed the 10 minute walk to main street or the lifts. The person in the office was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. The firewood provided was an unexpected treat!

Perfection down to the weather

Great little getaway for a Girls’ Weekend. Perfect size, perfect location, perfect ambiance…even went so far as to order perfect weather so we could use the fireplace in July!! We will definitely be back!
