This warm and cozy farmhouse meets southwest style 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. Has fiber optic, sleeps 6, and has a full kitchen, living room with TV, and dining area. Two queen bedrooms with TVs, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, and a front porch and balcony, as well as a playground, two community hot tubs, and grills located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free year-round Town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.
*Valley Condo Unit 110 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (dogs) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

Great Spot!

Great spot to spend a week in Red River. My friend and I skied eight days so the washer/dryer in the condo was super useful and the two community hot tubs next to the office were key to our daily recovery. I don\'t think I could have skid eight days straight without the half hour in the hot water doing some light stretching. They are outdoors under a roof so you can be in the heat while watching the snow come down (if you\'re lucky), but bringing a warm robe etc. for the the trip to and from your condo will make your stay even better.

Would Stay At Valley Condo Again

Check in was super easy and management was available for questions during the stay. Condo 110 has a full size kitchen and is a larger condo than some other condos in the area. There is lots of closet space, a washer/dryer in a closet in the kitchen, a full size refrigerator, great towels and was very clean. I sent a message before the trip asking about cooking equipment and that message was quickly answered. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property. Only challenge was the 1/4 mile gravel road leading into the property when a snow storm rolled in. Thankfully we brought chains but we would have been stuck without them.

Wonderful.

Great location in a wonderful town. The property was very clean and the host was great. The hot tub is shared and didn’t seem like much fun, so we skipped it. We were concerned about it being pet friendly but didn’t find any evidence of pets. The description didn’t mention that the unit is two stories with both bedrooms upstairs and that each room has one queen bed. The only big issue is that you can hear every step your neighbor makes, not their voices just their steps. Overall a great value.

Pet friendly mountain condo

The Valley Condos are located just on the western edge of Red River NM. Our condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice welcome basket with some necessities (laundry detergent, coffee for ex.). It had everything we needed to relax, cook in if we wanted or a short walk to town if we wanted to eat out. The grounds are well-maintained, family and pet friendly with lots of grass for dog walks, a small creek, wild flowers and mountain critters (ducks, bunnies, deer). The area is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
