Welcome to Valley Condo 108 Skye Retreat, a ski and summer mountain retreat nestled in the towering pines and whispering aspens of Red River, New Mexico. This 2-bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the West end of town, close enough to walk to Main Street and private enough to hear the birds chirp in the morning from your balcony. This 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps a family or small group of friends, and has a full, well-appointed kitchen, living room and dining room - fully remodeled in November 2021. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and balcony. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen. The living room has a brand new pull-out sofa. Skye Retreat features a gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, a front porch and balcony, with 2 community hot tubs and grills on the grounds. It is just minutes away from the Red River Ski and Summer area! Red River also offers a free trolley service. Just call them and they will pick up your party. Kids will enjoy fishing and seeing the ducks in Pioneer Creek, right outside your front door. Everyone will enjoy the deer and wildlife passing through the area each day. At Skye Retreat you will be walking distance to Main Street but wake up to views of mountains and trees - it is the perfect casual retreat!

*Valley Condo Unit 108 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (dogs) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

We stayed over for Memorial Day weekend and we\'re so pleased at how private and quiet the location was given the festivities in town. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great! loved sitting out on the bedroom balcony with my husband overlooking the Little Creek while he played his guitar.. we would stay again

Ski Vacation

We were in town to ski and this is very close to town and the resort. It was a nice stay but the bathrooms are definitely not made for tall people.
