Located on Pioneer Creek, enjoy this lovely mountain-style 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. Provides the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town, but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street. Sleeping up to 6, there are two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo has fiber optic, boasts a full kitchen, living room with dining area, gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, a front porch and balcony, a playground, two community hot tubs, and grills located on the grounds. . Near both the ski area and fishing, take advantage of the Town of Red River’s free year-round trolley service to get you around town.
*Valley Condo Unit 104 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (cats/dogs) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

Lovely Location

Valley Condominiums give you warm and cozy home feels. Perfect location. Very family friendly and peaceful. Loved the wildlife and enjoyed fishing in our front and backyard. Definitely booking again!

The property was exactly what we were looking for! It had all we needed for our stay and we enjoyed every minute of Red River and all it had to offer. The only thing I missed and would offer is possibly some blankets for the downstairs living room. It was chilly in the mornings and would have been nice to have a throw blanket to wrap up in watching tv. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back again!

Nice Trip

Overall good place to stay, but the roads to get to Red River were horrible and I was driving a large truck, walls thin when someone is next to you in the same complex, and some minor things could be updated. However, it was a nice end condo next to a park, nice little stream went through the property and very close to town yet away from all the noise of the town. Shuttle service was great, office manager was outstanding, and the hot tubs are nice to relax.
