Riverbend Townhouse Deluxe #3 is a modern style townhouse. Its located on the outskirts of town, 2 1/2 blocks away from the Ski Area! It's right along the river with lots of wildlife. Riverbend Townhouse Deluxe 3 has 2 parking spots. This townhouse sleeps up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 bathrooms. The Riverbend Townhome Complex is home to several Red Riverites and is a great location for anyone eager to see it all. Located near the west end of town, this townhouse is still close to it all. Minutes to entertainment, shopping, restaurants, nature trail, and fishing.

Riverbend Townhouse Deluxe #3 has the townhouse and studio. The Studio is located on the bottom floor. When you step through the front door you will be standing in the living/bedroom area. Equipped with a queen bed, a double sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with Direct TV and DVD player. The kitchen is large and spacious with room to move around with ease and plenty of counter space for anyone looking to do some cooking. The bathroom off the kitchen has a bathtub and shower. There is a middle door that separates the studio from the townhouse. When you walk into the townhouse side there is a flight of stairs which leads you to the first full bathroom that has a shower and bathtub. To the right of the bathroom is the first bedroom with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV with Direct TV, and DVD player, the second bedroom is right down the hall with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV with Direct TV and DVD player. You will go up another flight of stairs where the open concept living area and kitchen are and the second bathroom with a stand-up shower. The kitchen has up to date appliances with plenty of counter space, plenty of room for cooking for 12 guests! The living area is right off the kitchen with a large flat-screen TV with Direct TV and DVD player. There is a dining table in the living area next to the balcony door when you walk onto the balcony you will see amazing views of Red River and its breathtaking mountains! Off from the dining table, there is a set of stairs that lead up to the open loft it has a Queen bed and two Twin beds.
