River Chant Lodge is a beautiful home that is located on the river in the Red River Upper Valley. This means it is about 5 miles from the town of Red River. You will have more than enough yard room for people in your party to enjoy the amazing mountain weather and even walk down to the river that sits behind this home. Walk down to the back of the house and sit out on the patio or even jump in the hot tub that River Chant Lodge offers guests that stay in this vacation home.

Upon entry, you will find an open and spacious living room. The large windows letting in just the perfect amount of sunshine to take the chill out of the air. If that is not enough throw some wood into the wood-burning fireplace and relax! In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. This gives the guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home. To the left of the living room are the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is large and spacious making sure there is always enough room for however many cooks you want in the kitchen! You will have more than enough counter space and storage space for any items brought from home. The dining table has enough sitting space for six people with a couple of bar stools for additional seating during meal times. Off of the kitchen is also a small laundry room where the washer and dryer are located for guests to use whenever they feel the need. River Chant Lodge also provides free WiFi for all guests to use during their vacation!

There is one bedroom located on this middle level. This room is equipped with a king bed and has access to a private bathroom. Make your way back to the living room and walk up the stairs to reach the loft. In the loft, there is a queen bed and two twin beds. The last two bedrooms are located downstairs. Once you make your way to the lower floor you will find a second living room with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and another wood-burning fireplace. Off of the living room is the first bedroom. This room is equipped with a queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom. The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed and access to the hall bathroom as well.

From the downstairs living room, you can exit the home to get to the back of the home. Look to the right and you will see the large hot tub that looks out onto the river down below and the view from this point is beautiful! River Chant is a must rent home!

The staff was excellent. Straight forward and very kind. This was a family vacation and the best compliment I can give is you don't have to leave the property to have a great time away. The river is right behind (down the hill) and a great view in the morning while you drink your coffee on the balcony!

Julie was amazing! She was welcoming and ready to help at anytime. She even hand delivered a fan for us. I would not hesitate to use Red River Realty for a future rental and to refer them to friends. They gave us personal service and attention. This trip was actually set to happen last year when my husband had a health issue. It was to celebrate his 70th birthday with the entire family. RRR allowed us the flexibility to rebook our vacation. This was a huge blessing to our family! Many companies draw a hard line in their policies. We had a memorable vacation here and thank everyone at RRR for making it possible.
