Step inside this beautiful three-bedroom with a loft, and two and a half bathroom home to see that you have more space than you will know what to do with! This home has a very large open living room, dining area, and kitchen to make sure that no matter where you are, you are still in the action with family and friends! The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV, giving guests the option of watching satellite or their favorite shows on Hulu/Netflix. Guests that choose to stay in McCue's Mountain Retreat will also be able to enjoy free WiFi during their stay; while sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the flames with the new gas fireplace! This home features a dining area with a large dining table, seating up to 6; not to mention plenty of additional seating at the kitchen bar. A great perk to this home is that it has a large kitchen with a lot of counter space and room for several people to be in and out without hassle!

Walk through the dining area and turn left to find the spacious master bedroom that is equipped with a king bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and an abundance of closet space! Opposite the master bedroom is the second bedroom, featuring a queen bed, a half bathroom off to the side, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet! The third bedroom is just down the hallway after the full bathroom and is equipped with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. Following the ladder from the hallway up into the loft you find two twin beds and a queen bed for a semi-private sleeping area and gaming nook.

McCue's Mountain Retreat has a very large front porch with seating. Show off your cooking skills on the gas BBQ grill (gas cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate). Inside this garage, you will also find the washer/dryer for guests to use whenever they need it! Also a new ping pong table and dart board!

McCue's Mountain Retreat does not offer garage parking.

When we called to say we would be late and stopped in the office to check in, everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed the interactions. It's wonderful to deal with people who visit and make connections rather than just tend to business. We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway weekend for our extended family. House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.

A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.

House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.

M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3

In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.

Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
