The LRM Cabin is a small three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that sits on the east end of Red River, New Mexico. This property is a stand alone cabin with a true mountain feel. The home has recently been updated in the kitchen, bathrooms, along with new furniture through out the home! For parties looking to stay in town but do not want to be crowded then look no further! You will also have enough room to park several vehicles or trailers. You are walking distance to Main Street and the Red River Library.

When you walk into the front door you will be standing in the living room. Throw some wood on the wood-burning fireplace and then kick your feet up while you watch the flat-screen TV with a DVD player giving guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home. When you walk past the living room you will enter the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for anyone wanting to do some cooking! Guests looking to stay in the LRM Cabin have access to a washer/dryer and a charcoal BBQ grill.

There is one bedroom that is on the main level. This bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. This bedroom has access to the main level full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom is equipped with a king bed (NEW mattress set), a small TV, a private balcony, and access to the upstairs hallway bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed (NEW mattress set) and access to the upstairs hallway bathroom.

The LRM Cabin has great views and a decent size area for kids to be outside enjoying the mountain air! Bringing your Mountain Toys? This cabin has plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers, and ATVs.

Awesome family cabin

We loved this little cabin everything we needed , we rented 2 golf carts to run around town 24hr recommend awesome trip ,already planning our next trip to LMR cabin , we fished and played with the kids dont know who had more fun dad or the kids I recommended this for a fun family cabin trip

Wow, what a gem hidden in plain sight! If you are looking for home away from home look no further. Cozy, inviting, and comfortable. Walking distance to shopping, dinner, and dancing. Yet on the edge of town to have a quite evening on the porch and watch the wildlife meander to the river.

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.

A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.

House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.

M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3

In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.

Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
