Claim Jumper Townhouse #3 is a beautiful two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome with great benefits! Located in the hub of town on the river are just two of the reasons guests choose this home.

As you walk into the front door you are invited by an open area housing the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has updated furniture including a sofa that folds down into a Queen sleeper that faces the warm and inviting wood-burning fireplace, TV to watch cable, and a DVD Player. The living area also has a ski wrack and boot warmer under the bench by the entry way! This kitchen is stocked full of cooking essentials, cookware, serving dishes, and appliances that make caring for your family a breeze.

At the base of the stairs is the half bathroom for easy access.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed, TV, and private balcony that look over the City Fishing Ponds, Red River Ski & Summer Area and the surrounding mountains. Across the hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom with a king bed and private window viewing the “Red River”.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Outside your back door, you will find a patio with outdoor furniture, a Gas BBQ Grill (Gas Cylinder provided, Courtesy of Red River Real Estate) or you also have the option to use the community charcoal grill. This property is considered Ski-In/Ski-Out.

We stayed here for the Motorcycle Rally, so it was a very busy time, we found the Claim Jumpers on the internet as we were booking from Australia, it was an easy process to book a house and deal with staff over the internet. We loved staying here, the house was very clean, beds comfortable, we had some firewood for one of the nights it got a bit cold, the location was perfect, in a quiet street but still close to all the action in town, overall very happy

On the several occasions I have visited Red River, my housing for the visit has always been handled by your company. You are a pleasure to do business with. Durn! Ended that with a preposition! Very comfortable and relaxing place. Though I didn't use the service, I think your addition of the DVD service is a good idea. If I am ever able to visit Red River again, you will obviously be the first to know!
