Claimjumper A-Frame #7 is loved by many and who can blame them? With a location that is Ski In/Ski Out, river to the right, the city ponds and Zip-Line to the left, and just a minutes walk to almost everything that Red River shops and restaurants that Red River has to offer. Are you a true lover of winter sports? Stay here and you will never be disappointed! Claimjumper A-Frame #7 is the largest and most spacious A-Frame out of the 7 that sits right off of the Ski and Summer Area. Guests love the massive wrap-around deck with plenty of seating. You will have the best view of the Ski and Summer Area in town and that is something to brag about! Enjoy the views this home has to offer while cooking out on the charcoal BBQ grill for guest use!

Upon entering this Arame you will see the wide-open living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. This giving the option of family and friends watching movies brought from home! Claim Jumper A-Frame #7 would also provide free WiFi for guests to enjoy during their stay! In the living room, you have one sleeper sofa that can be folded out to make two queen bed to give the option of extra sleeping areas. Also, there is a twin bed placed out of the way in the living room. Off of this room, you will open a closet door showing its washer/dryer for guests to use whenever needed. Walk past the living room into the dining area and kitchen. You will see a dining room table and to the right, the large open kitchen is the biggest of any of the A-Frames! You will have plenty of counter space and storage space for anything brought from home. As you walk up the spiral staircase there is a twin bed at the landing. To the right are the first bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and access to the wrap-around balcony. To the left of the stairs is the second bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed and a door that opens up to the wrap-around deck and looks right onto the Platinum Chair Lift. Both of these bedrooms have access to the upstairs hallway bathroom.

Emails and texts kept us informed and accurate information was provided in a timely manner, great experience. Being so close to the lift was awesome, literally all we had to do was walk across the street and we were at the lift. Walking with ski boots and carrying skis and snow boards can be a pain, being so close was great. My wife and I were able to sit on the balcony and watch our two sons as they came down the "Face".

Julie Rice is the best

Julie Rice is the best. After a bad experience last year with another agency we met Julie one evening at one of the local establishments. She assured us she would make our stay next year (2016) a pleasurable experience. I made my reservations online but when I arrived to check in she knew me when I walked in the door! She's the best and will be handling all my future stays in Red River. Thanks Julie 😉 Our group is fairly large and we had 4 units at the Claim Jumper A frames. Everyone enjoyed the properties and the amenities provided.

Just very nice and informative This is one of the locations I will always remember. We loved everything about it. The bathrooms were completely remodeled. The ambiance was great. It was very clean and updated. You simply cannot beat the location. We loved this cabin and considered it "ours" while we were there. We had 10 people and were very comfortable. Thank you for allowing this location to be rented. We WILL be back.

Overall good experience. they made special efforts to answer questions and take action, including searching under the couch for my wife's cell phone after we checked out. It fulfilled our expectations for our granddaughters first ski trip. The property, your package information and the timeliness of information prior to check-in, upon check-in and checkout(Lindsey did well), plus the approach of the entire Red River Community made the experience a very good one.

Everyone was very pleasant!! The lady that called the day before and the lady who checked us in made me feel very comfortable. They were both knowledgable and very sweet!! I wish the kitchen had more larger pots. For a large family cooking it made is very difficult. The silverwae was very poor. The TV was fuzzy but, that maybe due to "the moutians" The cabin was clean, very pretty and in a perfect location. My family had a wonderful time and an excellent experience. I would stay here again!!
