The Red River Real Estate Guest Service Team was more than helpful on more than one occasion. We drove in from Dallas and had concerns about the roads and incoming weather. Our questions started while we were on the road, before we even checked in, and the team treated us as if we were a friend of theirs, not just as another customer. The team was accommodating to our requests, very professional, patient and kind. We will definitely rent from RRRE again. The kids made us promise to bring them back next year. I really don't know where to start. The cabin is spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The large yard was perfect for the boys and their daily snowball wars. The location is great. We were able to walk to the square for meals, cocktails and shopping. The family of deer who greeted us every day was like a dream come true for the kids. The views were so beautiful we had the curtains open the entire stay. The bus that picked us up from town in the middle of a snow storm was much appreciated. Heated bathroom floor, what a treat!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially after we checked out and had to return to retrieve something we left! They worked with us wonderfully. The property was perfect for our family. There were 4 bedrooms and we had four couples with some children. We've stayed in a much larger nicer facility, and this one was by far our favorite. Cozy and rustic. We loved it!

fast, efficient. didn't feel llke i was jumping through hoops to set up reservation, check in or check out. very easy. very friendly. We all love your little community. everyone all over very friendly. we drove over to Taos one afternoon and all of us agreed we like the home town feel of Red River much better. comfortable, cozy, large without being too large. we would rent it again.

The RRR team was by far the friendliest and most helpful agency we worked with. They seemed sincere in wanting us to have a great experience. They enthusiastically answered any questions and truly made us feel comfortable and that we were important-not an obligation. Our stay was delightful! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 little boys ranging in age from 4 1/2 to 6 months. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit and most especially the front porch and the spectacular view. The only drawback was the loft style rooms without complete walls. The sound from one room carried over to other rooms. We will stay at Bear Run again!

They were very friendly and helpful. It was very peaceful and the view was amazing. The trees were stunning and the cabin was gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We loved having a fireplace and fire pit to relax next to in the evenings. Since it was just a couple of blocks from the Main Street, it was easy to get where we wanted to go. We even got a visit from the local wildlife every evening. Thank you for making our time there so enjoyable!
