This level also contains the laundry room with double stackable washer/dryer units; a bathroom with double sink vanity and a shower; a bedroom with queen bed and a bunk room for the kiddos.

The main level is on the second floor and contains a large living area with spectacular views out the large new windows; an open kitchen/dining area; a massive master bedroom with a king bed, a twin over full bunk bed and en suite bath/shower; an additional bedroom w/queen bed and the main bathroom with a full-size tub/shower combo. The living room contains a remote-controlled gas stove to enjoy on those cool mornings or for on-demand ambiance! The large wrap-around deck provides multiple places to enjoy the weather and the views, and also includes outdoor dining and a propane grill and fire pit.
