Artz Cabin is known for its amazing view of the mountains and perfect for people who want to be a little more secluded in the town of Red River. This two-story home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is backed up to the National Forest where you will more than likely see wildlife frequently! If you are looking for a rustic cabin to kick your feet up, then you have come to the right place. Although there are houses near the Artz Cabin, you will be able to sit out on the large deck and enjoy the silence and the fresh air. This home offers plenty of room for children and adults alike to explore and enjoy the forest. Once you walk up the stairs and enter into the home, you will immediately see the large living room, kitchen, and dining area -- the vaulted ceiling opening up all of these areas. The living room has great views from the many windows and has plenty of natural light. The living room has a flat-screen TV and DVD player to watch satellite or bring movies to watch with family and friends! Light up the wood-burning fireplace to set a relaxing atmosphere while you relax on the couch or in one of the recliners. Artz Cabin also provides free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! Attached to the living room you will find a nice sized kitchen with plenty of counter space. Next to the kitchen is the dining room table where you can enjoy your meal while being able to see the forest from the window near the table.

On the main level, you will find two bedrooms down the hallway. The first bedroom has a queen bed with its own closet and a TV. The next bedroom also has a queen and is right across the hall; with a flat-screen TV and a closet for storage. Both of the main level bedrooms have access to the hallway full bathroom. Inside the main level bathroom, you will find a washer/dryer behind sliding doors that guests are able to use during their stay at the Artz Cabin!

When you make your way upstairs you will see in the loft that there is a sofa that can be made into a queen bed for additional sleeping. After the loft, you will find the third spacious bedroom which is ideal for a hunting party or for children. In this third bedroom, you will find one queen and 2 twin beds. This upstairs bedroom and the loft have access to a full bathroom.

Take advantage of the large decks at the front of the house and the back! At the back, the deck is where you will find a gas BBQ grill for cooking out and a table to relax in the mountain air.

Loved everything about it, the fireplace, big windows, beds were cozy, there was plenty of extra blankets, just overall fantastic and I felt included with everyone when I was cooking in the kitchen. The layout of the kitchen,dining and living room were perfect for us.

Contact was minimal ...

Contact was minimal due to the efficiency of the online reservation system; we did receive a friendly phone call to verify a modification in our reservation; and, the check-in process was pleasant. We were made to feel that if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask! Checkout procedure via the door code entry made our departure morning much less rushed! This was just the most recent of many stays in RR Real Estate properties, and the second in the Artz cabin. It's larger that we really need, but the off-season rate was good and we love all the space.

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.

A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.

House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.

M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3

In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.

Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
