The home's beautiful location is adorned with aspen and pine trees and is complete with mountain wildlife and a fire pit.

The mountain iinspired living room with aspen vaulted ceilings boasts luxury, high end furnishings and plenty of space for large families to spread out and be comfortable. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen with great views of the river. You will stay warm and toasty while enjoying the floor to ceiling river rock fireplace and huge flat screen television.

There is plenty of room for everybody to enjoy meals together and the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve home cooked meals. The chefs kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, wolf oven, gorgeous dinnerware and a breakfast bar with custom antler bar stools.

Enjoy hiking, biking, and fishing out your door and the Wheeler Peak Wilderness Area, ATV and horse trails all within a mile. The home is located along the Red River in desirable Monte Vista Estates. You are away from it all while still being a convenient 5 miles to Main Street and the Red River Ski Area.
**4-Wheel Drive/Chains are required during winter months.

Home away from home

We have stayed at Antler's Riverside Lodge several times. It accommodates our annual multi-family get away perfectly. Our group includes six adults and six (very active!!) grandkiddos. The downstairs flooring has been updated to a durable and pretty, wood-look vinyl plank that fits perfectly with the rustic decor. We always give our adult children their own bedrooms and we (Shug and Grandpa) sleep on the queen bed in the bunk-room with all the kids! It gets a little bit crazy, but that\'s how memories are made!!! A few notes that need to be addressed: Although we have used it previous years and were counting on it, the crib shown in the on-line pics is no longer available. Thankfully our kids brought a pack&play for one of the babies. Just note, if you need sleeping arrangements for your tiny people, bring your own. Also, and THIS IS HUGE: even though the lodge sleeps 14, there are only 8 dinner forks in the kitchen. Again, thankfully, we had brought plasticware. BUT THIS MUST BE REMEDIED. I\'m not sure where all the forks have gone, but PLEASE add additional silverware to accommodate all your guests. The kitchen is well stocked otherwise with basic cooking utensils, plates, platters, etc. One other note: the power line and cable line going from the outside pole to the house is droopy with a big slack in it. It is not dangerous YET, but we had to do some serious navigating to avoid it when backing our 4X4 trailer into the driveway. Any tall trailer would get tangled up in the lines, which could be serious. This was noted to the rental company and I\'m sure they will address this issue for everyone\'s safety. Antler\'s Riverside Lodge still gets 5 stars in our book! It\'s a gorgeous property with fabulous views, lovely back deck and river access that is superb! There are plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements (if you\'re willing to share the bunk-room!). There are 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms upstairs. We\'ll be back next year!

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.

A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.

House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.

M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3

In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.

Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
