Riverbend Townhouse 2 Deluxe is a great three-story townhome that sits right on the river on the west end of Red River, New Mexico.  With three bedrooms, a loft, and three bathrooms this home will make sure there is enough room for everyone. Take a step out onto the upper balcony to have an amazing view of the mountains!

When you walk through the front door you will have to go up the first flight of stairs or step into the first bedroom. The lower bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a double sleeper futon, a TV, an additional kitchen, and access to a full private bathroom.  The stairs will lead you to two more bedrooms and the second full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed in each and both have access to the hallway bathroom. After another flight of stairs, you will reach the main level of Riverbend Townhouse 2.

The living room is spacious and open with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV with a DVD player giving our guests the option of watching cable or movies that have been brought from home. Guests staying here will also be able to enjoy the free WiFi that is provided. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out to give guests another queen bed. Then the kitchen offers plenty of counter space and extra seating at the kitchen bar. There is additional seating at the small dining table that can sit up to four people.

Walking up the last flight of stairs you will find yourself standing in the spacious loft. This loft is equipped with a queen bed and two twin beds.

If you are looking for something a little smaller you can just rent out the Riverbend Townhouse 2. This will leave you with two bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms.
