Located on top of Bobcat Pass, nestled high in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of Northern New Mexico, and approximately 4 miles from Red River, our luxurious four bedroom mountain home has spectacular views. The Big House on Bobcat Pass is a two-story, 4500 square foot, 4 bedroom (1 king, 3 queens, 1 full over full bunk), 3-1/2 bath home with two large living areas (and fireplaces for each), and a covered wrap-around front porch for viewing the beautiful scenery and wildlife. It also has a covered back porch great for eating out! We are also conveniently located next to Bobcat Pass Wilderness Adventures, Moreno Valley Cowboy Evening, and multiple hiking and cross-country trails.
This spacious home is also currently undergoing updates throughout. The First Living Area, Dinning Area and Master Bedroom all have new flooring. The Master Bath has been renovated with new flooring, a new walk in shower with 2 shower heads, new countertops and faucets. The Upstairs Full Size Bath has also been renovated with new flooring, a new shower head and new faucets. The home also has a Hot Tub! There's a sleeper sofa in the office. With more updates to come!

Perfect for a Family Getaway!

We stayed in The Big House for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for our big family extended family of 12! Could comfortably have handled even more guests! The decor is cozy and inviting. The two living rooms are perfect for kids and adults to both enjoy what they want without disrupting each other. The kids loved the bunk room and having some privacy. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a fun day of hiking beautiful Red River. The kitchen had everything you could need and then some. And the front porch is a little piece of heaven. Do yourself a favor and spend a week here. You will come home refreshed and ready for what life might bring!!

If you\'re looking for the best mountain views in Red River, The Big House at Bobcat Pass is your place! With a huge yard and spacious kitchen, it was perfect for our group of 10! Plus, it\'s right next door to hiking, ATV paths and horseback riding. We will return.
