Ski View Condominiums are so well known amongst people who love coming to Red River for their vacation! These have so much to offer such as great views, the massive community deck allowing guests the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the amazing weather Red River has to offer. Use the Ski Views community gas BBQ grills(Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate, and Ski View Association) to show off your grill skills! The Ski View Condos are right off Main Street making them perfect for any guests to wanting to walk through the town stopping at the many stores and restaurants. You are even in easy walking distance to the Ski and Summer Area. Enjoy the commons area that is provided by the Ski View Condos, a great place for anyone wanting to get away and watch some TV, play games, or even do laundry with the new private washer/dryer that is able inside the unit! Even though these units are Condo’s, step through the front doors and be amazed at how roomy this units truly are! They are so spacious that it is a better choice than a lodge or a hotel!

Ski View Condo 9, aka Southern Comfort, has just been completely updated! You would never recognize this beautiful unit! This home is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom that is on the upper level of the Ski Views. Step in through the doorway and notice the brand new floors, kitchen countertops, and much more! Take a seat on one of the brand new couches and turn on the flat-screen TV with a DVD player giving guests the option of watching satellite or movies brought from home! The only Ski View Condo with a private, in-unit washer and dryer. The Ski Views also provide free WiFi for guests to use during their stay! Curl up on the love seat in front of the wood-burning fireplace or even sit at the dining table while the fire roars! One of the sofas in the living room is a sleeper sofa that can be folded out for an extra queen bed. The kitchen is spacious and opens making sure that anyone cooking for family and friends is never out of the action! The best perk of being on the upper level of the Ski Views is that you have a door that leads out onto your own balcony!

Walk down the hallway to find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is equipped with a NEW King bed with NEW Memory Foam Mattress. The bedroom to the right has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. In this second bedroom is a TV that is perfect for setting up game consoles! It is not connected to Satellite TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to both of the hallway bathrooms. These condos are truly one of Red River’s most lovable places. Want a vacation home that has it all? Stay here and fall in love with the Ski Views like many before!

Great time for Oktoberfest 2021

We had a great time in Red River this weekend! The Southern Comfort #9 condo was perfect for 2 couples. We had plenty of room and privacy. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We walked everywhere we went, which was a plus! Oktoberfest was lots of fun. We will definitely stay in Southern Comfort #9 again next year!

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old and provide proof of age upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; however, during peak seasons, a 4:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed. Guests will receive a text and email once the property is ready. Please do not enter the property or park outside the unit before receiving check-in approval. Unauthorized early access will result in a $200 fee.

Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Refunds are not provided for early departures. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available with advance approval and may incur a fee equal to one-half night’s rent.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for damages or missing items. Guests have 12 hours after arrival to report any issues with the property.

A cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Guests must wash dishes and remove trash to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, possible cleaning or repair charges, and immediate eviction without refund. Pet-friendly units allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, and guests must clean up after them or incur a $100 fee.

Smoking is prohibited inside all properties. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.

Maximum occupancy limits, including children and infants, must be followed at all times. Temporary sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses or cots are not permitted.

House parties, firearms, fireworks, excessive noise, trespassing, parking outside designated areas, and operating ATVs or off-road vehicles on private land are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Some properties may require snow chains or four-wheel drive during winter conditions, and guests are responsible for proper transportation. RV parking is prohibited at all properties.

M Vacation Properties and Resorts reserves the right to enter the property when necessary for repairs, maintenance, occupancy verification, or emergencies. While we make every effort to maintain all amenities, we cannot guarantee against interruptions or mechanical failures involving Wi-Fi, satellite, heating, hot tubs, TVs, or appliances. 1-800-453-3498 Opt 3

In rare circumstances, guests may be relocated to a comparable property due to maintenance issues, property sales, or unforeseen events. Relocation does not qualify for refunds or credits.

Trash in hot tubs will result in a $100 fee. Oil fryers are prohibited and carry a $500 fine. EV charging is prohibited unless the property specifically offers an EV charger; violations will result in a $100 fee.

Wi-Fi and satellite services are complimentary amenities and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for items left behind after departure.
