This 2-bedroom, 1.75-bath Texas-décor condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. Has fiber optic, sleeps 6, with full kitchen, living room with dining area. Two queen bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also features 3 TVs and 3 DVD Players and owners thoughtfully offer books, family games, and DVDs for your enjoyment. Large front porch and a large balcony off master bedroom with beautiful views of Pioneer Creek. It also has a gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as a playground, two community hot tubs, and grills located on the grounds. We are near the ski area and fishing in the summer. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street. There is also a free year-round Town trolley service available to take you around town.

*Valley Condo Unit 112 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (cats/dogs) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

It was a pleasure!

This place was nice! Just on the outskirts of town. This made it an easy drive, or even walk, to town. Mostly clean, and accommodating! Both bedrooms upstairs were nice sized, and the beds were decently comfortable! Would stay here again if revisiting!

Lovely Condo

A lovely condo in a beautiful area! We have a 3-year old, so this location was perfect with a field to run in, a playground to play in, and a small stream to watch the ducks. It\'s also a short walk, a little over a half mile, or one minute drive to town to the restaurants. The condo itself was clean and everything worked well! I will definitely plan on keeping this on the list for future trips.

Amazing balcony
