Collette’s on Mallette is a large and spacious four-bedroom home. The Home sits in the center of town. Its perfectly situated for shopaholics, activity chasers, and is so close to eateries that your party can venture just around the corner for splendid cuisine!
This is a two-level home, with two bedrooms on the level floor for easy access. As you enter the right side foyer, this door will lead you into a large area where you will find the large living and dining areas. In the living room, you’ll find two comfy sofas that are perfectly aligned in front of the large flat-screen TV allowing you to watch satellite or utilize the DVD player. Just beyond the living room to the left, you have a ¾ bathroom, decorated with lots of character; next to the bathroom, tucked away in the corner is a guest bedroom with a full bed and your very own TV.
Leading back to the foyer you will find the spacious dining area with a large table and seating arrangements for up to 8 persons. Just beyond the dining room is the fully loaded kitchen that offers plenty of cupboards and counter space for meal preparations and storage that every cook enjoys. Also in the kitchen, you’ll find a small dining room table and chairs. Continuing on down the hallway you’ll find the Master bedroom with a king bed that is large and inviting and just to seal the deal you have your very own TV to lay on the bed and watch. Across the hall from the master bedroom, you will find the master bathroom with a tub/shower, large vanity, the washer/dryer, and a small folding area for laundry. Also on this level, you will find a small bedroom with a full-size bed and a large family room with an entrance door out to the parking area for easy access to ATVs, trucks, trailers, etc. This sitting room has a sofa and big screen TV to put on satellite shows or DVDs for the kiddos and another small table with chairs by the window that is great for all sorts of games.
Up the stairs from the family room to the second level you will come to a quiet, relaxed sitting area that leads out onto the partially wrapped deck. This room features a full-size bed, A twin day bed with a twin trundle. In the room next to this one is another full-size bed. Both of these rooms have access to the ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower that is on this level. Amenities for guests to enjoy include free Wi-Fi, the use of the washer/dryer, assorted outdoor furniture, and a Gas BBQ Grill (Gas Cylinder Provided, Courtesy of Red River Real Estate) for every grilling and outdoor enthusiast located out on the large back patio!

This property was great. It accommodated 5 kids and 4 adults nicely. The second-floor loft area was a perfect spot for the kids to hang out in their own "special" area, which was awesome so that the adults could hang out without there being a ton of noise around.
